Requisitos:
• Complete Degree in Engineering;
• Certification in Projects or Specialization in Project Management;
• Experience in Project Management;
• Experience with cross-functional team management;
• Knowledge of agile methodology and lean manufacturing;
• Advanced English.

Atividades:
• Work closely with functional leaders / site management to develop financial forecasts and operational goals by applying business judgment and providing financial insights to assist with decision-making;
• Consistently striving to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance of the business function / region;
• Coordinate the budget, forecast and actual cost periodically including preparation of management reporting;
• Performing variance analysis, reviewing and challenging reported actuals and forecasts and provide first level of information;
• Investigate trends / gaps / opportunities, thereby implementing best practices and continuous improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in controlling;
• Perform proactive controlling and champion a culture of cost awareness in the organization;
• Actively contribute in developing routines, processes and ways of working on global and regional levels by sharing input and suggestions based on knowledge and experience;
• Deliver your role in a highly collaborative manner that generates buy-in and enthusiasm from your peers, your business counterparts and stakeholders at the site;
• Active management team participation, drive team understanding of financial impact from decisions and direction taken;
• Project Portfolio financial management;
• Drive synergies in partnership with other functions in terms of competence, performance and drive improvement of operations, quality of work and efficiency of the Local Business Unit;
